Improving the quality of law training to meet social needs in the new context

In the context of judicial reform and international integration, the need for high-quality legal human resources is becoming an urgent requirement. However, the current practice of university-level legal education in Vietnam still reveals many shortcomings, especially the gap between academic theory and practical skills. Through analysis, synthesis, and comparison, this article assesses the current situation, identifies core challenges, and proposes a system of solutions to innovate the legal education model towards a modern direction, focusing on practical skills to meet the needs of society in the new context.
