Abstract — Human resource development is an important factor that helps enterprises improve operational efficiency and competitiveness. This study focuses on analyzing the current situation of human resource development at Son Hai Van Limited Liability Company, Thanh Loi Commune, Tay Ninh Province, during the period from 2022 to 2024. Based on secondary data and employee survey results, the study clarifies the achievements, limitations, and causes related to recruitment, training, remuneration, and career development. On that basis, several solutions are proposed to improve the quality of human resources, thereby contributing to the company’s development orientation toward 2030.
