Abstract

The need in human's material and spiritual life is food in general, called food. In which, the habits, customs and techniques of food and drink processing; behave, cope with the seasons, according to the food to suit human lifestyle, called culinary culture. Vietnamese people in general and the South in particular, in cuisine culture are very diverse in style, rich in culinary products from daily life to parties and festivals... That is, human life is not only need to dress simply, but need to eat well and dress well, it mean in cuisine there is also need for aesthetic and artistic needs; create a sense of taste, stimulate the spirit... This article will introduce some features of the content the Southern food culture.
