Forecast of human resources in the digital marketing field for Ho Chi Minh city from 2023 to 2025

The research was conducted with the aim of developing a forecasting model for human resource demand in the Marketing sector from 2023 to 2025 in businesses within Ho Chi Minh City. A mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative elements was employed. The quantitative aspect involved constructing a forecasting function based on trendlines. Meanwhile, the qualitative method utilized a paired-hand discussion technique to uncover time-sensitive factors influencing the forecasting function (external agents). The outcome of this study is a time-based forecasting function, adjusted for the temporal factor which is the average annual growth rate of three variables:(1) Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) growth rate;(2) Rate of new business establishment/withdrawal from the industry;(3) Annual growth rate of internet users.
