Literature used to convey morality in Nguyen Dinh Chieu's compositions

Abstract

The article explores the concept throughout Nguyen Dinh Chieu's career of writing poetry - writing to convey religion. The Dao in Do Chieu's compositions are the moral categories of people such as the way of being human, how to treat people, respect for humanity, hate evil habits. There is also love for the country and people, determination to fight against foreign invaders to bring peace and independence to the nation. It can be seen that Nguyen Dinh Chieu's religion is not only a moral code but also a meaningful philosophy of life. Uncle Do's compositions carry messages of solidarity, patriotism and kindness, and encourage people to follow ethical principles to build a better society.
