The motivation to work for members of the Women's Union of Ben Luc District, Long An Province in the period of 2020 - 2022 has achieved some positive results. However, besides that, the organization of the association still has some limitations such as: The salary payment plan and the bonus payment system still depend on qualifications, and the work assignment is overlapped. Therefore, the study analyzes the current situation and proposes solutions such as: Proposing bonus policy, improving the environment and favorable working conditions to create motivation for members of the District Women's Union. Ben Luc, Long An Province.
