This article analyses and evaluates the supply chain management activities at TPF Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd, an Australia-based multinational company specialising in official sports merchandise. The research utilises the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model combined with qualitative method, including document study, expert interviews, and direct observation. The findings have identified main issues within the company's supply chain and propose improvement solutions based on the adoption of new technologies from Industry 4.0. These results are crucial for TPF Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd to improve its supply chain operations and can also be applied to other multinational companies with similar needs.
