Human resources play an important role in the process of economic development. One of the top tasks of managers is to make scientific decisions on human resources issues, creating a team with sufficient quantity and good quality. Although Chau Thanh District Cultural Information and Broadcasting Center always focuses on human resource management, the training and development of human resources still has certain shortcomings and limitations. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze, evaluate the current situation and find solutions to strengthen training and development of human resources at the center until 2025
