Abstract

Teamwork skills are the ability to cooperate and interact effectively with other members of a group to achieve common goals, often taking place in discussions, projects, meetings or collaborative activities, other partners in agencies and businesses. This skill includes the ability to communicate, collaborate, adapt, lead, resolve conflicts, and many other aspects related to working in a team environment. University students need to be equipped with soft skills, including teamwork skills, which help students have many ways to access knowledge and personal experience, thereby helping students form good skills to facilitate learning giving students many opportunities to work after graduation
